At Halos Counseling, our experienced therapists are available 5 days a week, including evenings, to provide high-quality individual and couples therapy. Our therapy services are designed to support your mental health and well-being. Session fees range from $100 to $200, depending on the therapist and the specific service you require. About Insurance

Halos Counseling is an out-of-network provider, therefore, insurance is not accepted directly. We can provide you with a billing statement for submission of reimbursement if you have a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), or other flexible health care benefits. You can use Health Saving Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) insurance debit cards if you have this benefit. This works well for many of our clients. Payment is due at the beginning of each session. We accept cash, check, or credit card. We have a 48-hour notice of cancellation policy. 

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
